Linden Place Application

Linden Place is a senior’s housing project, designed for independent living in Steinbach, Manitoba. A small number of units in the project are available to low income seniors who are in need of adequate, suitable and affordable housing. Eligible tenants pay approximately 27% of total household income on rent. Government established modesty criteria dictates that only one bedroom units are available to receive subsidy. Should you feel that you are eligible and wish to apply for one of the subsidized units in the project, please complete and return this application.

Please note that there is a waiting list for these units. Unfortunately there is no way of knowing how long you may have to wait for a unit to become available.
